•Support branding the BU in a leadership position in building its projects’ portfolio strategy

Relocation duration: ~ 2-3 years 

 

  • Responsibility of the plant ramp up, from the moment of establishment up to full scale operation, according to global Netafim standards.
  • Management of plant daily technical and production activities by maintaining efficiency and implementing continuous improvements.

  • Training and coaching of local personal from engineering level and down.

 

 

  • Hands-on with mechanical and electrical equipment are essential - priority will be given to candidates with experience in electrical works
  • Ability to read, understand and update CAD drawings
  • Ability to read and understand basic electric drawings and schematics
  • Experience in troubleshooting of plastic extrusion lines, and control systems to component levels 
  • Knowledge in mechanical fabrication of minor parts
  • Familiarity with project management, project implementation and installation.
  • Ability to read, and use practically operation/maintenance manuals, written in English
  • Good expertize in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, cooling systems, and computer control systems 
  • Good ability to maintain and tune performances of sophisticated electronic automation equipment
