Process and Methodology
Netafim’s procurement and shipping department establishes the list of certified vendors that are most suitable for the project based on a set of parameters, such as quality, compliance with international acceptable standards, price, availability, proximity to the site, and more. In addition the team coordinates the shipment and deployment schedules and costs, taking into consideration the local standards and regulations.
A procurement plan is created listing all the relevant certified vendors along with the shipping and deployment schedules and costs.
