We are hiring results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance, in APAC division, India and other global units. Duties for the APAC controller will include managing accounting records of certain units, evaluating and managing risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information including special attention to project management accounting. The controller will report to the division CFO.
APAC division includes the following Business units: Australia, Turkey, Central Asia, China, North East Asia and South East Asia. APAC division is expending its activities and increase the business year by year. The controller will also support India's CFO with certain control activities regarding operations in India

A Day in The Life

  • Responsible for financial statements of part of the Bus and for the consolidated managerial reports of the BUs in the division
  • Leading AOP and rolling forecast processes
  • Month close process including variance analysis and control and project management follow up
  • SOX implementation
  • Train and guide finance employees in the BUs
  • Professional accounting authority working with the Bus and corporate finance
  • Working closely with the BUs financial teams on financial reports, collection and control of financial KPI's

What you'll need

  • CPA with 5+ years' experience in the finance and accounting field – a must
  • Experience working in similar global position, in an industrial global company – a must
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
