In this position you will lead the corporate marketing team and the company's global marketing strategy and key initiatives. the CMO will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategy in 3 key verticals: Growth & demand generation, Product marketing, brand a global communication.

A Day in The Life

By managing the corporate marketing team (12-15 FTE) you will oversee and lead the following key activities: 

  • Build the global marketing roadmap and support the bussiness units with its sucsessful execution.
  • Drive adoption of marketing tools and best practices in the bussiness units that will support achiving bussines goals with a special focus on digital marketing.
  • Lead the global brand by managing the corporate social media, PR, and the overal brand story.
  • Manage the product marketing activity related to new product launches and demand creation for the complete company portfolio of products , solutions and services.
  • Lead strategic demand generation and multi channles campaigns and executing ROI driven marketing campaigns across different geographies.    

What you'll need

  • At least 10 years of marketing experience and at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and brand awareness either from agency or client side.  
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including MAP, CRM, CMS, Social Media, SEM, SEO and eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and producing marketing content and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies and tactics across different channels.
  • Experience in the B2B tech industry – a significant advantage.
  • Experience working for large international corporates – a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent English.
