The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the success of Netafim Digital Farming offering and to develop strong relationships and ensure top in class support that promote retention, trust and loyalty.

A Day In The Life of a Customer Success Manager

  • Work in partnership with the business units to understand their needs, build their trust in the digital farming offering and team, and ensure they promote the sales.
  • Build and manage the Customer Success team, ensure it has the right capabilities and skills in order to achieve the unit objectives and ensure top in class services.
  • Establish Customer Support practices and create policies and procedures that optimize customer experience.
  • Provide technical and product support to the business units, including installation of new systems, remote support the global technicians installing new systems or providing ongoing operational support.
  • Provide training and develop training and tools for the Digital Farming offering.
  • Liaise with Netafim Marketing team to develop marketing and sales support materials for the Digital Farming Offering

What you'll need?

  • Proven experience in multidisciplinary and technological products, preferably in similar domains, i.e. PLC controllers, water management systems, etc.
  • Proven experience in managing customer success or a service & support teams.
  • Degree in control and automation, electronics or a related field – an advantage
  • Excellent English
