In this position, you will support the establishment and implementation of digital training tools and online training content for Netafim's partners (dealers and end-customers).

A Day in The Life

  • Ongoing operation of the partners' Learning Management System (LMS) - building certification programs, managing users, monitoring progress using reports and documenting.
  • Responsibility for online training content development for Netafim's partners in a variety of subject areas – eLearning modules, video tutorials and other online solutions.
  • Webinars management – Initiating and supporting webinars for global audiences.
  • Implementing and maintaining knowledge management platform for Netafim's partners.
  • Supporting the product marketing unit in creating external training content.

What you'll need

  • Background of at least two years developing online training content.
  • Experience in operating learning management systems.
    Blossom LMS – an advantage.
  • Experience with training developing tools – e.g. StoryLine, Camtasia.
  • Customer facing skills.
  • English – High level.
  • Knowledge in Spanish / additional languages ​​- an advantage.
  • Excellent human relations and ability to work within a team.
  • Positive, proactive, Can do approach.
  • Ability to work independently, personal initiative and involvement.
  • Motivation to bring innovation and create and impact in the role.
