A Day in The Life
- Manage the E-commerce team (product owner, developers, and QA - internal and outsourcing resources).
- Responsible for the ecommerce products lifecycle - from road map to execution, ongoing releases and improvements, integrations, and maintenance.
- Be part of corporate ecommerce strategy definition for B2B and B2C ecommerce.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews to define business requirements.
- Prioritize application requirements and roadmap.
- Manage over all releases and budget’s planning, work with varies business owners and IT partners to assure the E-commerce delivery on time and within the budget, and report periodically statuses, constrains and risks.
- Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead, research and execute the initial phases of the E-commerce B2C solution including hands on designs and project management activities.
- Travel abroad might be required from time to time.
What you'll need
- Experience in E-commerce domain – must.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B/ B2C WEB development industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as Applications Manager/ Product Manager/ Project Manager .
- Experience in managing technical teams (developers, Analysts and QA).
- Understand and take ownership of complex processes and business needs from the customer and translate them to simple, effective, and scalable product solutions.
- Experience in creating PRD/ Specs and user stories.
- Experience in working for global companies.
- Experience in Analytics tools – Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Hotjar.
- Experience in leading teams using Agile mythology – Must.
- Experience in Digital and Marketing – Big advantage.
- Experience in customer-facing and relationship-building – Big advantage.
- SAP integration and ECC background – Advantage.
- Proficient in English and Hebrew.

Education
- BSc in Information Technology, Industrial engineering, or other relevant degrees.
