We are looking for a highly talented individual for the following position:
EMEA Quality Manager, for the Global Quality & Operational Excellence unit, NGO.

The EMEA Quality Manager is the quality focal point for the sites and market at the region.
The EMEA Quality Manager is responsible to drive and achieve highest level of quality culture and performance in the region (plants and SC).

A Day in The Life

  • Member of the Global Quality and OpEx Management.
  • Full professional authority and management (matrix and direct) of the Quality teams in the region.
  • Lead and drive Netafim's quality policy and strategy across EMEA region.
  • Responsible for "end2end" quality issues at the region.
  • Lead and implement global standards, processes, methods, procedures, and tools to achieve highest level of quality culture, performance, and global standardization.
  • Lead the quality routines at the region.
  • Manage and control quality KPI's.
  • Lead and drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.
  • Guide, train and support the quality teams at the sites to achieve the highest level of quality culture and performance.
  • Perform quality maturity assessment, QMS and process audits to drive the quality at the sites.
  • Support external audits and maintain communication with notification bodies for the QMS and product certification.​​

What you'll need

  • BSC engineering, MSC/MBA preferred.
  • Quality, Six-Sigma, and Lean certifications (e.g., CMQ/OE, Black Belt, Audit certification).
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, QlikView and MES.
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 (and higher Quality management Systems), QMS tools, Lean methodology, Six-Sigma, APQP and Quality Core Tools (e.g., PPAP/8D/PFMEA/Control Plan/SPC).
  • Previous successful experience in leading Quality Management and quality managers at industrial environment.
  • High level of leadership capabilities, energy, enthusiasm, personal integrity, and ownership.
  • Strive for excellence and make things happen in a collaborative manner.
  • Work in front of multiple interfaces and positions in parallel.
  • High level of communication (verbal and written) in English.
