A Day in The Life

  • "Hands on" person that like to dig into excels but can also see the big picture, draw insights from the mass of data and understand the business.
  • Have deep understanding of HR and the business in finding HRIS solutions to business needs.
  • Be able to work independently but also join forces and engage with various stakeholders to achieve the project goals.
  • Organized, thorough and detail oriented.
  • Have a "Can Do" approach, be proactive and take initiative.
  • Have excellent inter-personal skills and positive attitude.
  • Be able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have high integrity and be discrete.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of HR analytics / C&B experience, working in global environment – big advantage.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience and specifically with successfactors – big advantage.
  • Experience in consulting company – advantage.
  • Academic degree in Economics – must. MBA – advantage.
  • High office proficiency – must.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – must.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Netafim sites in Israel and overseas, and interact with teams in multiple international locations.
