A Day in The Life
- "Hands on" person that like to dig into excels but can also see the big picture, draw insights from the mass of data and understand the business.
- Have deep understanding of HR and the business in finding HRIS solutions to business needs.
- Be able to work independently but also join forces and engage with various stakeholders to achieve the project goals.
- Organized, thorough and detail oriented.
- Have a "Can Do" approach, be proactive and take initiative.
- Have excellent inter-personal skills and positive attitude.
- Be able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need
- 5+ years of HR analytics / C&B experience, working in global environment – big advantage.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience and specifically with successfactors – big advantage.
- Experience in consulting company – advantage.
- Academic degree in Economics – must. MBA – advantage.
- High office proficiency – must.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – must.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Netafim sites in Israel and overseas, and interact with teams in multiple international locations.
