A Day in the Life

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cyber defense program driven by business risk.
  • Set a global strategy and provide oversight for all Information Security Risk Assessments.
  • Set a global interaction model and provide oversight of all internal reviews by Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk Management and more.
  • Develop a strong relationship and regular interface with Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management & Compliance.
  • Work to establish a culture of cyber risk identification and mitigation.
  • Provide guidance, training, and communication-related to building and maintaining a strong control environment to address cyber and information security risks.
  • Assist in the identification and communication of emerging cyber threats and risks and potential control weaknesses for timely assessment and remediation.
  • Provide consultation and leadership to stakeholders for cyber-related risk management and mitigation.
  • Advise and provide direction to the business and IT leaders on risk management decisions
  • the position is based in Israel but requires frequent travel abroad.


What you'll need

  • 10+ years of experience in working in a management environment, managing internal and 3rd party teams, managing projects and initiatives.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in management of IT and Risk and Control including standard / policy development / governance. General Information Security and Technology Infrastructure knowledge required.
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Technical knowhow and additional certifications (e.g., CISSP) - preferred
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
