Netafim is seeking to hire a Global EHS Coordinator for our Magal site to assist in the development and implementation of the health, safety, and environmental programs of the company on a global level as well as assisting and coordinating the implementation of the EHS strategy and initiatives in compliance with EHS regulations and standards.

A Day in the Life

  • Supporting the Global EHS manager in executing the company's EHS strategy which address global EHS goals and objectives.
  • Support various Global EHS projects, assisting the Global EHS manager with implementation of global projects and initiatives.
  • Follow up on all EHS tasks, emergency drills, internal audits, training plans, follow up on corrective actions from audits. Support new site set up, new coordinator set up, support global manager in preparing management reviews, arrange EHS technical training.
  • Communication –Integrates EHS tasks, prepare presentations. Maintain and keep EHS shared folder, documents in the document folders. Keep up with communication with all the Site EHS coordinators. Regularly check EHS global email inbox and respond to all queries. Implements and communicates all environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Global EHS KPIs - collect KPIs, provide analysis and reporting.
  • Regional and global EHS Meetings -coordinate the meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Perform Auditing – follow up on audits corrective actions.
  • Executes, directs and/or reviews EHS programs or projects

What You'll Need

  • Direct experience in in the field of Environment Health and Safety.
  • Ability to drive results and implements changes based on an understanding of the business environment
  • Good understand of Environment, Health and Safety management systems, proven experience in the application of EHS management systems (an advantage.
  • Academic background in environmental sciences or Safety engineering.
  • Diploma in H&S studies (an advantage).​​​​​
  • Knowledge and experience using Enablon Program (an advantage).
  • English – High level (as mother tongue).
  • Hebrew - mother tongue.
  • Spanish (an advantage).
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • High proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and project management tools.
