We are looking for an HRIS and C&B Lead with good understanding of HRIS systems, strong analytics capabilities and C&B experience in global environment, to lead a multi-disciplinary role including both HRIS and C&B content.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage employee data and HRIS to support the business.
  • Serve as a focal point and guide HR managers on people data and HRIS operational aspects.
  • Lead HRIS support for annual processes (PRP, Comp) and additional system modules and upgrades.
  • Take part in shaping the company's global C&B strategy and annual C&B and HR budget processes globally.
  • Support C&B and HR analysis, improving processes and creating best practices.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years experience in C&B in global environment.
  • Experience with HRIS – must, experience with successfactors – advantage.
  • Experience with financial analysis / HR analytics – advantage.
  • Academic degree – must.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Netafim sites overseas, and interact with teams in multiple international locations.
