A Day in The Life

As part of the department you will collaborate with the team members to:
  • Partner with the global and local HRBPs to identify individual and organizational development needs and create learning and development interventions.
  • Build and implement global learning and development programs to support the L&D strategy and business objectives.
  • Support the annual and ongoing performance review processes through training managers and employees, managing the performance platform, and analyzing the findings.
  • Deploy a variety of executive consulting methods across the company, such as coaching, shadowing, mentoring, F2F, and online training.
  • Support global learning initiatives and manage the organizational Learning Management System (LMS).

What you'll need

Required Professional Experience & Knowledge
  • Experience in L&D from a medium/large business or consulting company. Global organization – advantage.
  • Experience in executive consulting, training managers on managerial subjects and leadership topics.
  • Knowledge in organizational needs assessment, including designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs.
  • Systematic understanding of global organizational processes and how to improve them.
  • Experience managing performance and learning management platforms – advantage.
  • Option to work in hybrid model.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High level of English – must.
  • panish/additional languages – advantage
  • Passionate about creating people-oriented learning and development experiences.
  • Thrives on a team as well as independently; excellent inter-personal skills, a team player, able to work with internal and external interfaces.
  • Proactive, can-do approach.
  • Location: Tel Aviv / Magal / Hatzerim sites with occasional travel abroad.
