Seeking: ​Global Talent Acquisition Director!
The Global Talent Acquisition Director will lead, devise, and execute the company's global and local talent acquisition strategy. He/She will serve as the primary leader on talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing methodologies, internal mobility, recruitment and on boarding practices. The director will promote the organization's ability to facilitate, attract and retain diverse top talent at all levels, and expertly spearhead our employer branding initiatives.
The director will lead the global Netafim Talent Acquisition practices and team, while ensuring quality, cost-effective, and timely results. As an active member of the Netafim HR Leadership Team, the director will work closely with Netafim's and Orbia's stakeholders, and promote collaboration at all levels.

A Day in The Life

  • Design the company's talent acquisition architecture: Construct a competitive, innovative plan for the company's recruitment, employer branding, and talent delivery.
  • Build highly scalable, adaptive, and quality talent lead funnels through innovative tactics, including recruitment, marketing, and highly efficient sourcing models.
  • Work in collaboration with the internal communications and marketing departments to develop and implement the employer branding strategy.
  • Provide tools and train managers to play key roles in the company's recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the talent acquisition team

What you'll need

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in HR at an international organization, at least part of it in a talent acquisition role managing the full scope of the function.
  • Experience working with stakeholders of various positions and ranks, including senior executives.
  • Experience implementing talent acquisition processes, IT systems, tools, and methodologies. Experience leading multiple, international projects on a global scale.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills, experience executing and supporting global talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactive manager and team player, sees projects to completion. "Can do" approach.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team, HRBP, and managers to ensure satisfactory employee experience and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with C&B & HRIS teams on position management processes and workforce management and planning, to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool, and to translate this data into insights that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
  • implement diversity and inclusion practices, externally and internally, using mobility processes and development plans.
  • High level of English and Hebrew.
