A Day in the Life

  • Leading your team, you’ll be working as the pivot between Marketing, the business units, IT and sales to implement, operate and constantly optimize our digital marketing tools and platforms including our websites, the Marketing automation platform, CRM and E-commerce platforms 
  • You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing and Brand departments for planning and implementing PPC campaigns, improving organic traffic to our websites and social media (SEO)
  • You’ll be responsible for our global website ecosystem that is built on a central CMS and serves 25 local websites, as well as the corporate site 
  • You will identify new online opportunities and activate these initiatives in corporate and around the world with our business units 
  • Help increasing demand and grow our revenues by equipping the organization with the tools and best practices to better leverage the digital space 
  • Drive company brand awareness & reputation through online marketing and thought leadership activities 
  • Collaborate with IT and online marketing agencies to build platforms, processes and campaigns, through which our marketing and communication strategy can be successfully executed and continuously optimized 
  • Work with Sales and IT to drive, manage & enhance our customers’ digital journey, with a constant lookout for new technologies and processes
  • Be the company's knowledge hub for digital marketing and campaigns, and develop Netafim BUs capabilities and expertise in this space

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record in the international arena
  • Marketing graduate with preference for a Master’s degree 
  • Profound knowledge of the online media space, content, conversion, Google Analytics, SEO & SEM, Marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw marketing insights and actionable recommendations from data   
  • Excellent project management skills and stakeholder management 
  • Presentation and public speaking skills  
  • Excellent English
