A Day in the Life

  • Take part in shaping HRIS - from creative design and system upgrades, through HR training and annual process, to the administration of employee data.
  • Take part in the company's journey of global C&B strategy and annual global processes.
  • Take part in global C&B and HR projects, to leverage data analytics, improve processes and create best practices.

What you'll need

  • 0-2 years of experience in consulting company – a significant advantage.
  • 0-2 years experience in C&B in global environment – advantage.
  • Experience with IS – must, experience with HRIS/successfactors – advantage.
  • Experience with HR analytics – advantage.
  • Academic degree – must.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – must.
  • Very high proficiency in office tools, especially excel – must.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Netafim sites overseas, and interact with teams in multiple international locations.
