A Day in the Life

  • Support change processes promote work plans to fully implement the site's HR strategy.
  • Assume full responsibility for the plant's entire onboarding, placement, and training processes, including handling employment contracts.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with employees, via acclimation interviews, departure interviews, and periodical interviews.
  • Support professional and individual development plans, including long-term HR activities and management reserve.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a role supporting first level through senior management at a mid to large-sized international company.
  • Broad HR knowledge and experience, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and salary and benefits. The ideal candidate will also possess strong project management and organizational skills, a demonstrated understanding of employment law, and vast experience with coaching and building effective relationships to influence decisions. 
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to diagnose and support data-driven decision-making. Experience using HR metrics to drive business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills. A team-player with a willingness to be hands-on with tactical duties and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Languages: Hebrew – native, English – full professional proficiency, including reading and writing. French – Advance 
  • Experience digitals transformation and with implement Innovation processes  – advantage.
  • Knowledge of and experience in HR processes in an IT and Sales business – advantage.
