Netafim is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Lead

Our corporate digital marketing team is looking for an experienced, strategic, results-driven marketer with a passion for translating business needs to ideation, creation and optimization of user journeys.

You will be the owner of our marketing automation program, working closely with marketing and sales from our 30+ global subsidiaries. You will be familiarized with their business needs, value propositions and target audiences. These will be supported by automated user journeys.

A Day in The Life

  • Be the owner of our marketing automation program
  • Establish strong communication channel with global marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Create concepts for customer journeys based on our business needs globally
  • Define KPIs to support business objectives leading to growth
  • Manage end-to-end automated campaigns: define, manage, test, analyze and optimize to achieve KPIs
  • Build persona-based lifecycle campaign strategies, focusing on engagement and conversion
  • Initiate and maintain reporting routine to monitor campaign results
  • Collaborate with marketing team members for any operational requirements, including content creation
  • Handle HTML and SQL queries
  • Work in a complex environment - multi language/country/regulation

What you'll need

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, working for a global company – B2B experience is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot)
  • Strong business and analytical skills to translate business objectives to MarTech
  • Experience with funnel management and lead nurturing
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and conversion rate optimization
  • Independent self-starter with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence internal stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL queries
  • English - mother tongue level, additional languages - advantage
