A Day in The Life
- Be the owner of our marketing automation program
- Establish strong communication channel with global marketing and sales stakeholders
- Create concepts for customer journeys based on our business needs globally
- Define KPIs to support business objectives leading to growth
- Manage end-to-end automated campaigns: define, manage, test, analyze and optimize to achieve KPIs
- Build persona-based lifecycle campaign strategies, focusing on engagement and conversion
- Initiate and maintain reporting routine to monitor campaign results
- Collaborate with marketing team members for any operational requirements, including content creation
- Handle HTML and SQL queries
- Work in a complex environment - multi language/country/regulation
What you'll need
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, working for a global company – B2B experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot)
- Strong business and analytical skills to translate business objectives to MarTech
- Experience with funnel management and lead nurturing
- Understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing and conversion rate optimization
- Independent self-starter with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence internal stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL queries
- English - mother tongue level, additional languages - advantage
