We are looking for an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to lead OD initiatives from strategy shaping, through review and set up of plans and processes, to full integration in specific units or organization wide.

A day in the life

  • Global leadership programs (development and adaptation of the leadership perception to current and future managerial challenges; set up of managerial development plans for the various hierarchy levels; blended learning –combining online and face-to-face learning, etc.). 
  • Leading mentoring programs.
  • Leading global PRP (Performance Review Process), including annual review, training to managers, and supporting the process vs. HR managers in the global Netafim subsidiaries.
  • Setting up a global managerial talent development program (leading innovation).
  • Supporting global BUs HR managers, with the set-up and execution of OD programs, tools and perceptions, to improve employee experience; and with other managerial and organizational challenges.
  • Consistently working to adapt the company's vision and values and their connection to the company's multicultural environment and daily activities.
  • Setting up a 360-feedback review process.
  • Supporting BUs with succession and career planning.
  • Using organizational surveys analysis and results to assist BUs with the setup of improvement plans.  

 

What'll you need

  • BA degree – required
  • MA in Organizational Psychology – advantage
  • Experience of minimum 5 years as an Organizational Consultant or as Corporate HRBP, in a technological/ industrial company.   
  • Experience in set-up of OD plans and integration in end-units.
  • Experience as a managerial consultant
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent English
  • Strong OD teamwork (as player and leader) and learning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-disciplinary working skills (HR managers, department heads and employees).
  • Ability to motivate, influence and lead without authority   
  • Experience in, and ability to manager and deliver end-to-end projects, within set budget, schedules and goals.
