A Day in The Life

  • You’ll be the marketing leader for several of Netafim’s advanced and leading lines of business (e.g. Irrigation projects, Digital farming, Greenhouse projects, Services   etc.) which are at the cusp of modern agriculture and ag-tech digital transformation.
  • You’ll work closely with product managers, segment leaders and business units around the globe to plan the marketing strategy and tactics, lead content creation, and execute global campaigns.
  • Compiling extensive marketing and sales kits, drive inbound and outbound awareness campaigns while facilitating Netafim’s digital channels, events and marketing/sales tools. All targeted to optimal inbound and outbound products/solution adoption and demand generation.

What you'll need

You must have:

  • At least 7 or above years of relevant marketing experience
  • Relevant education or extra specialty experience in communications, marketing, or business administration.
  • Significant experience marketing with digital platforms
  • Content production experience; Managing agencies, designers, video companies
  • Excellent English

Significant advantage if you have:

  • Experience in customer management in the media and advertising industry
  • Experience in working in/with large international corporates and/or B2B tech companies
  • Practicing verbal and written extra major language (like Spanish, Portuguese, French etc.)

Good to have:

  • Hands-on content creation experience – content writing, video production etc.
  • A good eye for design and visual content
  • Experience or acquaintance with the world of agriculture and Ag-tech
  • Understanding client-side motivations and challenges
  • Understanding Sales process dynamics
