Assist the OSIM to manage the detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project scope.
Oversee the availability of resources (equipment & personnel) required to complete the project according to the schedule.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required and maintain daily/ weekly discussions and reports to the project management.
Manage all project office / control room processes.
Provide OSIM and PMO with forecasting project requirements and risks.
Establish, monitor and improve the control plan to validate achievement of project – scope, time, budget and customer satisfaction.
Oversee and manage the implementation and mitigation plan to project risks
Responsible to record and develop forms to document the project activities (actual working days, daily progress, available staff and machinery etc')
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Responsible for all COA (Certificate of Acceptance) processes. (logistics and handover)
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Participate and oversee the project change control board (CCB)
Monitor and control the compliance to local: safety, health & environment rules and regulations
Monitor all budgeted project expenditures

University degree in : Engineering / Economics / Management
3-4 years of relevant experience in large scale infrastructure / agriculture projects
