A Day in The Life

  • Manage a team of Salesforce admins and PM’
  • Manage the program budget.
  • Build program and product roadmap.
  • Engage stakeholders, conduct client interviews to define business goals and elicit business requirements.
  • Manage design, implementation, and development in an agile environment in both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Hands on solution architecture, integration, and project management.
  • Assists in prioritizing requirements from a business and end user perspective.
  • Ensure functional requirements are clear and align with business requirements.
  • Maintains existing system functionality while initiating new features and other software applications.
  • Support business processes.

What you'll need

  • 4-5 years of Salesforce Sales cloud/Service cloud implementation experience in designing Salesforce based solutions including cross department processes.
  • 2-3 years of Team management experience.
  • 7+ years of IT experience including integration of various applications.
  • Experience working with multiple regions.
  • Salesforce admin certification – Advantage.
  • SAP familiarity – Advantage.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Degree in Information Technology or industrial engineering a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.
  • A talent for describing, documenting, and communicating around technical projects.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Flexibility, agility, multi-tasking and change management skills.
