Igal Aisenberg
Igal Aisenberg - President and CEO

Igal Aisenberg began his career at Netafim as a salesman in 1989.

Over the years, Igal has served in a variety of management and sales positions including serving as manager of Western Europe and Africa, establishing the corporate Marketing Division and serving in Netafim's first Board of Directors.

Between 2002 and 2009 Igal served as CEO of Netafim USA (NII), Netafim's largest subsidiary. Under his leadership, NII sales had doubled, positioning it as the leading drip irrigation company in the United States.  Igal also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Irrigation Association (IA).
Mr. Aisenberg holds a BA in History from Ben Gurion University, and MBA studies from the Boston University branch at Ben Gurion University.

Avi Schweitzer
Avi Schweitzer - Chief Technology Officer

Avi Schweitzer joined Netafim in 1972, and currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. Throughout his extensive career at Netafim, Avi has held several managerial positions including VP Product Offerings, VP R&D, and Head of Research. Avi is an engineer specializing in manufacturing technologies, and is a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers).

Avi holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering and BSc in Chemistry from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Eli Ben Simon
Eli Ben Simon - VP Business Development

Eli Ben Simon is a member of Kibbutz Hazerim and has been working for Netafim since 1983, bringing with him extensive experience in the leadership of large-scale projects with complex funding structures. Between 2004 and 2007 Eli was the Managing Director of Netafim Mexico and since then has served as head of Latin America RBU.

Eli is the chairman of Kibbutz Hatzerim's economic administration and recently assumed responsibility for the company's projects and greenhouses units. He is a graduate of the Ben Gurion University School of Management in Beer Sheba, Israel, majoring in International Trade and Human Resources.

Ervin Leibovici
Ervin Leibovici - VP Head of EMEA

Ervin joined Netafim as VP of the Developed Markets Division in 2010 before being appointed VP, Head of EMEA in 2012. Prior to Netafim, Ervin held several high-tech managerial positions including CEO of BitBand, a company in the IPTV space, Region Manager of SGI (Silicon Graphics) EMEA, and Managing Director of the Israeli subsidiary of Cray Research, a supercomputer company.

Gabriel Miodownik
Gabriel Miodownik - VP Head of the Americas

As head of the Americas, Gaby is responsible for Netafim's sales and marketing activity in North and South America. Since joining Netafim in 2003, Gaby has served in several positions including CFO of the Americas and Managing Director of the South American region. Most recently, Gaby served as Managing Director of the Mexico and Central America region.

Naama Zeldis
Naama Zeldis - CFO

As CFO of Netafim, Naama Zeldis is responsible for all the company’s financial and economic activities. Prior to joining Netafim, she served as CFO of EDS Israel, Radguard and Treasurer and Head of the Economic Department at RAD Data Communications. Ms. Zeldis is an external Director of Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NVMI) and Metalink Ltd. (MTLK), both traded on NASDAQ and TASE.

Rami Meiron
Rami Meiron - VP Global Operations

Rami Meiron is positioned as VP Global Operations at Netafim. Prior to joining the company in 2009, Rami served as COO at Ellara, a member of the Elron Group, as well as VP Operations & IT at Gilat Satellite Networks and Operations Manager at Zicon. Rami holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration as well as an MBA, both from the Open University of Israel.
 

Ran Tal
Ran Tal - VP General Counsel

Mr. Tal has been General Counsel of Netafim since June 2007. He holds an LLB from the University of Haifa and an LLM from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. Mr. Tal was previously a partner at Herzog, Fox & Neeman and a Foreign Associate at Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C.

Shuli Sharabani Ishai
Shuli Sharabani Ishai - Chief Resources Officer

Shuli Sharabani Ishai is Chief Resources Officer at Netafim, following a 15 year career at NICE Systems Inc., a leading provider of communication technologies solutions. Prior to joining Netafim, Shuli served as Corporate VP Global Services at NICE where she was responsible for the Professional Services, Support, Education and Value Added Services. Previously, she was positioned as Corporate VP Human Resources, responsible for the company's global HR activities.

This role included global performance appraisals, employees surveys, compensation & benefits, managers development plans, team development plans, development plans for outstanding employees, internal communications, as well as a wide range of business support functions.  Shuli has a BA in Art History and an MA in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tel Aviv University.

Yoav Zeif
Yoav Zeif - Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Yoav leads Netafim’s commercial division, which is responsible for the Company's commercial strategy, product and business offering, marketing activities, and sales support. Prior to joining Netafim in 2012, Yoav served in a number of positions at Makhteshim Agan Industries (MAI), including Senior Vice President, head of Product and Marketing, and head of Product Development and Registration.

Before joining MAI, Yoav was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in agrochemicals, telecom and banking. During that period, he was also a fellow of the McKinsey Global Institute in San Francisco. At the outset of his professional career, Yoav was founder and CEO of an e-Learning startup.

Yoav also was a lecturer at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University, where he taught an advanced course on international business, and a faculty member in the Department of Economics at Bar-Ilan University. Yoav holds a PhD in International Economics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA specializing in High Technology Management from the Kellogg-Recanati School of Management at Northwestern and Tel Aviv universities.
